RETURN POLICY
Custom imprinted items are non-returnable. This applies to all modified or custom imprinted products and clothing. - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Limited returns are available on non-customized items and clothing.
The items must meet the following requirements:
- Item must be returned within 7 days.
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be given as merchandise credit, exchange, or credit to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- You will need to have your original ORDER NUMBER on your receipt when you call.
- Restocking fees on some items may apply.
To return a defective product or to apply for a product exchange:
- The customer MUST call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise.
- The customer is responsible for return shipment.
- The RMA number MUST be visible on the shipping label of the returned item.
- On items deemed defective, or there was an error made by us on your original order, the Schwerdtle Stamp Company (SSC) and ShopSSC.com will arrange for shipping back to our company on our account.
- “Even exchange” items will be sent only after the returned items are received.
